Vaultorian is operated by 广州丹锶商贸有限公司 (Guangzhou Dansi Trading Co., Ltd.). These terms govern purchases from and use of our online store.

Orders and Payment

Please provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Prices and the currency payable are displayed at checkout.

If an inventory issue, material pricing error, suspected fraud, or delivery restriction prevents us from fulfilling an order, we will contact you. Any canceled order will be refunded. We will not substitute products or charge additional amounts without your agreement.

Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and images. Screen settings may affect how colors appear, but this does not affect your rights if goods are faulty or materially different from their description.

Product Use

Our slingshots are intended for responsible adult use. Follow the product instructions and applicable laws concerning purchase, import, possession, and use. Wear suitable eye protection, use a secure target backstop, and never aim at people or animals.

Shipping

We offer free standard shipping worldwide to supported destinations, with applicable import duties and taxes included. Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 calendar days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery is 8–15 calendar days from payment confirmation, including processing time.
