Free Worldwide Shipping
Vaultorian offers free standard shipping with no minimum order value to supported destinations worldwide.
Availability is subject to local import requirements and carrier service coverage. Available destinations are shown at checkout. If a restriction prevents us from fulfilling an accepted order, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
Order Processing
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 calendar days after payment confirmation.
Estimated Delivery
Orders are expected to arrive within 8–15 calendar days after payment confirmation. This estimate includes order processing and transit time.
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs inspections, severe weather, holidays, remote locations, and carrier disruptions may cause delays. If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you.
Duties and Taxes Included
Applicable import duties, import taxes, and standard customs-clearance charges are included in your order total. You should not be asked to pay additional import charges to receive your order.
If a carrier or customs authority requests payment, contact us before paying so we can investigate and arrange a resolution. If you have already paid a charge covered by this policy, retain the receipt and contact us for reimbursement.
Order Tracking
We will send tracking information to the email address supplied with your order when it becomes available. Tracking may take time to update after dispatch.
Incorrect Addresses
Check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. Contact us promptly if you need a correction. Changes may not be possible once a parcel has been dispatched.
If redelivery is required because of an incorrect address, we will explain any proposed additional cost and obtain your agreement before proceeding.
Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number.
We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable. Delivery problems do not remove your statutory rights.
